Hit the road with no barriers

In 2017 Huge Brazil was invited to help Alelo in the process of creating a new payment service for urban mobility.

The MLP (minimum loveable product) for this service would use digital channels as a way to help customers pay for gas, park and tolls more quickly. With Veloe you don’t have to wait in line for paying any of these services when commuting around or between cities.

I worked as an Interaction Designer creating all the parts of this system: Institutional website, the management portal once the user is logged in, both are responsive, and the mobile app (native for both IOS and Android).

The homepage main goal is introduce the service to the user, while explaining the valuable advantages between Veloe and it’s competitors. This page is organized to answer question such as: What? Why? Where? How? Who? Each module has a link that takes the user deeper in the website architecture.

While organizing the purchase flow, we took advantage of the brand fun identity and created a flow in which the user can have a conversation with Veloe. The purchase form had too many obligatory fields and conditional screens, so we tried to make it less tiring for the the user by creating a smooth form with the content well organized.

After receiving the car sticker the user can access the instructions about how to install it correctly, and he can also manage his account, see how much he’s spending on each service, set family spending limits, transaction history and pay the bill..
